Upon commissioning me you agree to all my termsI have the right to post, share, advertise, and use in my gallery/portfolio any artwork I make for you as an individual, or business.
General InfoI am allowed to cancel a commission anytime for any reason and will start the refund process if payments have already been made
I also have the right to decline a commission from any person or business for any reason
ex.1 a minor attempting to commission NSFW artwork or ex.2 A customer is known for scamming or ghosting payments
Commissions must be fully paid upfront or paid in 2 parts, with first payment coming before starting and the second payment coming after sketch is approved
Commissions will be worked on in a non specific order, some easier projects may be released or finished first compared to more complex artworks
If you plan on commissioning me with a deadline earlier than 2 weeks you will be charged an additional fee
If you have a deadline requested later than 2.5 weeks you will not be charged an additional fee
Updates on your commissioned artwork will be given as they are worked on, bombarding me with updates every day will lead to a cancellation and a partial refund depending on how much work was already done.
I retain the rights to post, share, upload, and advertise artwork I made unless I have personally signed a contract stating otherwise
You do not have the right to use my art to train AI, modify with AI, or make profit off of with AI
Turn Around & Refunds
Upon first payments you will receive a sketch within 24 hours, for more complex or detailed artworks allow me 72 hours to produce sketches
I have a job outside of artwork so I draw after work or on my days off Tuesday & Saturday any progress will be updated on Trello, please check there before asking
Total time frame will take 3 weeks - 8 weeks for any reason if the commission takes longer you have the right to request to cancel for a partial refund
Your Rights
You have the right to post my artwork on your page for personal use of any kind NOT including commercial use
You have the right to request updates, ask questions, or make minor changes to the commission at any time before the art is completed
If there are details missing from the artwork please notify me before it is marked as completed
Major changes to the art can be made for an additional fee of $6-$20+ USD depending on how many changes need to be made
If you post an artwork on a website you must credit me @pillkink / @piillkink (Instagram spelling only)
Commercial Use
Businesses and customers who commission me with the intent to use artwork for products or advertising must notify me in your request
You must pay an additional fee depending on product intent; This is the fee for a one-time transaction
exs. Stickers: $100 USD Shirts: $300 USD Poster: $500 USD ect.
You must credit me in the product description, product page, or title each time the artwork is used
These fees will apply to:
Small businesses
Larger businesses
Influencers
V-tubers
and more
If you hide your intent or do not disclose your intention to use my art as a product or to advertise yourself I have the right to pursue legal action against you and/or your business
Anything you do with the artwork after you pay the intent fee, other than AI usage, is up to you, and if at any time you would like to change what products you use the artwork for you must contact me
